LET’S DO THIS! 2019/2020 NBA SEASON…
What can you say? This is definitely a magical time of year in sports. But most importantly, we welcome back the NBA!
Congratulations once again to the NBA World Champion Toronto Raptors! What they accomplished was truly unique and the way they did it, was very special.
Now this season will be full of up’s and down’s as every season is. The way free agency unfolded this past summer, was none like ever before. Superstars and All-Stars, changing teams, some staying with the home team and everyone signing for massive amounts of money!
While the Western Conference continues to be the dominant of the two, please be assured, the Eastern Conference will definitely be fun as well. The power of free agents has moved from a trio of stars to a duo of stars, until they figure out a way to find that third special player to take their team over the top.
In the East… it does seem like Milwaukee and Philadelphia will be fighting it out for the top two spots and the conference finals. Fans and experts should not discount Toronto as they will be a top four team in the conference. After them, it gets fun and it’s wide open.
In the West… it gets much more trickier. The Los Angeles Clippers improved dramatically with the additions of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. The Los Angeles Lakers also improved by adding Anthony Davis and very good role players to the king, LeBron James. They’ll most certainly battle it out for the top spots in the conference. Not to be missed, Utah and Houston also added pieces. Besides a couple of teams, this conference is pretty dangerous.
